thanks Bend... the biggest dumbbell in the gym is 55kgs, so I duct-tape 5kg plates to each side , for 65kgs, and then do it again, for 75kgs..., dumbbell touches my torso each time, with no yanking...

well, I'm hardly taking it very very seriously, still eating fruit and some bread, but I think its realistic to get to under 225; if Steve Reeves didnt need to be over 225, I dont :) ; gained around...
