Sneezi I had same injury, it tooks me maybe 4-5 weeks to recover, you definietly need a week rest from squating. Second thing, help me a lot using before sq pain relieving creams. Are u using a belt...

That how its look my training from 2 months, I tried to recover my achilles tendons, thats why I stoped training walking strongman events. I take probably after friday one week break from training....
