I just did some running tonight week 5 of c25k walked for 5 minutes ran for 5 minutes walked for 3 minutes ran for 5 walked for 3 ran for 5 very tired!!

They feel good up until the 7th rep. I think I'm to used to doing low rep sets. Also this cycle I'm trying to focus more on back work I feel like I neglected back a lot and its a weak point for me....
