The pull was pretty solid. With sumo you generally want to have the bar right on your shins at the start. Another thing I noticed was that your hips aren't as externally rotated as they could be....

Looked a lot better. It will probably just take a little getting used to. Benching to your belly like that will put more of the load on the anterior deltoid, especially when the bar is on your body...

I'm sure the alcohol will help, although I don't know about any scientific studies that say it will. Alcohol consumption increases prolactin levels, so at the very least you'll have less "female"...
