I just mean I didn't have an established 5RM (that I can recall), so benching any 5 greater than like 270 would have been a PB

This makes more sense hahaha. Thanks, man. I try to be as technical as possible in my lifts. There is certainly a lot of work to be done, which is mainly mobility I think (still).
