I dropped from 235lbs (back mid 2013) to 185lbs...

I dropped from 235lbs (back mid 2013) to 185lbs as of March this year. I just started eating around 3500cal a day and I definitely feel more energy from all my food vs how I felt at a heavier weight....

Realistically, losing your grip/footing on any given exercise is probably the most dangerous thing, especially a big 3 lift or an OLY lift.
