2 small children and a physical job has me pretty much tired out most of the time the 8-10 hours of sleep recommended for muscle building is not a option for me, most nights I get 5 hours sleep...

not that keen on them much perfer a protein shake or if i'm out and about i will go to a deli and get a sandwich made up with about 30-40 grams of protein in it.

i guess i am a powerbuilder i always train the big 4 with a 25 rep goal over 3 - 4 sets in a fullbody set up, only training twice a week at the moment with work and family life.
