Went to chiro Tuesday. He said it is a muscle issue and not a back issue. Did lots of soft tissue work on hips, hip flexors, lats, and psoas. Along with some stim and ice on my back. It feels better...

After this meet I may try to get down into the low 250s and compete at 242 for a while.
