Haven't had time to post this weekend. Here is Sat. workout.
stretched out low back and hamstrings, did a couple sets of knee jumps.
warmed up with 90# stone, and shoulder the 125 and 140 stones...

Just a tip from my PL days. I always liked to hit my openers the monday of competition week. I'd hit 3 singles of each opener to make sure they were good, and stay loose the rest of the week.
