I don't think your form was so off to warrant a deload, it looked fine. Squats are hard and not all your sets are going to be perfect. Especially the last couple 5x5 across. It's a lot of volume!...

GD, I first hurt my back about 8 weeks ago and have been working up slowly since then. It was defiantly the correct decision. Thanks for all the advice men, I really appreciate it.
