Really out of it for a while there. Much of it is still a blur. I would sleep for days at a time, muscle cramps, terrible headache, poor balance, stomach pain and more....

Sorry I've been off the forum all week. It was a rough one, starting with three dentist/doctor visits resulting in a pulled tooth! Been in la-la land since.
Will catch up with everyone's logs asap....

8/26 Full Body
Great Upper Body portion to this w/o. Was able to ignore the joint pain to some degree and bang out some heavy reps. Really feeling it today though. Can't straighten my right arm all the way. But...
