It all depends on how your body is holding up. Will I say its a "must" no, but most people will need at least 1 week during that time frame to deload. I would take the week off before the max attempt...

set up looks good, benching looks good. I would try to push harder with my legs back towards my traps. will give you a little more leg drive. either way strong work and diff on the right track.

Thanks guys, benching with no pain, which is big for me. It has been 7 1/2 months since the surgery. I feel like I will be able to handle some serious weight in the next few months.

Man that lean on the first work set scared me to death! Other than that its pretty solid. Depth might be close on a few, but not enough that I would worry too much! Making great progress!
