FINALLY BROKE INTO THE 700lb BARRIER went up smooth and fast felt super light. Needed a little more on depth but nothing I'm too worried about....

3 x 8 squats with 135 (took down to parallel felt fine almost back to 100%)

5x5 deadlift @ 185

3x50 leg extensions

Finished off with some ab work and foam rolling
