not sure if you've given it a go or not yet, but even light front squats are really helping me keep upright and get the ol butt down, then again im a oly stance squatter

I think they are good. Unfortunately im a heavy guy so they are a bit harder for me, in my current program im working on maxing out the pull up machine then getting a band and progressing to Body...
