I agree that you do not want to let it go for too long if you are still feeling sick. Strep is no fun to deal with and it will only get worse before it gets better.

Thanks for this thread Ironwill. I too have high BP and am on meds for it but would also like to lower it as well so maybe I can wean myself off the pills. I will look into taking those supplements...
