Definitely fascinating. That "smith machine" they used for bottom position squats was a cool piece of equipment. It kept the bar in line, but the weight still moved somewhat freely.

Solid workout by the way. And congrats on the recomp. Once school starts and your schedule is more consistent and rigid I bet you will make a lot of gains.
