So the biggest things for me to cut out are beer, peppers (sweet and spicy), potatoes, eggplants, and tomatoes. And obviously trace gluten sources.

Yeah I basically minimize gluten intake except for the occasional beer; I'm more of a liquor guy. I also got the tests for gluten intolerance and I tested negative.
