Deadlift day yesterday. Ankle is doing better, but still stressing the opposite knee. Had the chiropractor work on the ankle yesterday, have much better mobility now after getting it...

I don't think we can compare the casual user, especially an informed user, to a pro BBer. Some of the most damaging things used are the diuretics. That stuff is devastating.
