My goal is 6 weeks but I'll have to see. In every way possible volume was dreadful when I was fat and out of shape - Now its just a mental hurtle to overcome.
This pain is much easier...

For raw lifting I see no reason to ever stop pounding the heck out of back and glutes... no matter how strong or weak you (OR I) may be.
