Hey Mike, I am curious, do you do much in the way of assistance work and just don't list it, or do you pretty much just rely on lots of sets on the big lifts? Seems like only the big stuff is ever...

Thanks; fronts seem to come pretty natural to me. The pauses were pretty unpleasant though.

Where are you at? During the summer it seems like almost every day is like this here.
