first couple sets were bad until fatigue started setting in and weight started to feel heavier, I had to lay down...

wow heavy weight man good job, the first one gettin them up on db's is always the hardest and it looks like on the second rep too you stalled it on the bottom making it that much harder, impressive

damn swede havnt looked at your log in a while and your weight are like 20 pounds heavier then last time i looked great progress man, those behind the neck presses are crazy heavy
