I was running at the softball game and felt a pop. Stupid. Fat powerlifters shouldn't try to run fast after a ball :(

Have been doing dislocates and lacrosse ball rolling to try to loosen up the crap in my shoulder. It is working somewhat but not enough. Booking physio in ASAP.


Bodyweight was 103kg...
