Workouts are still looking strong. I have to admire your willingness and ability to grind away at a long term goal like this. It can get really old to be cutting for months.

That's great work. It's so easy to put on weight fast and takes so long to cut. It's the amount of time, more than anything, that has gotten me to be very careful about putting on weight any more.

I'd say that heavy manual labor, followed by workout, followed by more heavy manual labor certainly ought to up your work capacity.
