Thanks. I did another light day and am finally starting to feel recovered from fatigue. I dont think I was overtrained, but I was close. Another few weeks or so and I could have been in a bad spot....

Opted for a recovery day instead of doing front squats today.

Did some light core work, some hip abductions and bodyweight squats. Just enough to break a sweat and get some blood flowing.
