Calf exercises
What are some good calf exercises to do? I already am incorporating seated calf raises on a machine, as well as donkey calf raises ( a guy at my gym showed me them). What else should I be doing?

Fiber in your diet
I read most people are not getting enough fiber in their diets. Do you believe this to be true? I eat as many fruits and veggies as I can. I try to eat whole grains. What else can I be doing?
