Muay Thai was today, class was about an hour and...

Muay Thai was today, class was about an hour and a half. Good cardio work in this class plus i learned a lot to. Waking up early sucks cause im used to waking up around 12.

Abs today didn't really record today's ab workout...

Abs today didn't really record today's ab workout cause its a bw circuit. Hiit for 20 min on a full incline, calves felt the burn. Back tomorrow
