Guess i shoulda said i am down to 187 so a 6lb...
Guess i shoulda said i am down to 187 so a 6lb loss from the start 3 wks ago. Not that its such a bad thing but i don't need shredded abzors. I would much rather keep some puff. I feel stronger 10lbs...
