How are your ankles? I know when mine are tight, my knees can bother me. Had something similar last week when I tried to deadlift too soon after spraining my right ankle.

Deadlift day yesterday. Ankle is doing better, but still stressing the opposite knee. Had the chiropractor work on the ankle yesterday, have much better mobility now after getting it...

I don't think we can compare the casual user, especially an informed user, to a pro BBer. Some of the most damaging things used are the diuretics. That stuff is devastating.
