Honestly I couldn't tell if the second session made any difference. I still just added 10 lbs each week. Probably no real difference than just the 20 reppers. I just like to lift heavy sometimes.

And before I got sick I would follow the 20 rep session with a heavy session a couple hours later.
I am going to return to this after I get more used to my routine.
