Right now I could probably pull around 515.

They're not bad. I did them stiff-legged. I wanted to target hamstrings and gluts, and they worked ok but not as great as stiff leg DLs.

Not too bad. I go a full 1 1/2 inch beyond ring on those. People look at me funny in the gym. Pecs are sore today -- must be working. For some reason doing these ultra-wide benches has really helped...
