Would it be an idea to change week 1 max effort workout for this?
Bench ME:
2board press 5x5
OH press 3x1
30° incline benchpress 4x12
Cable side raises 3x12 (dropsets)
Bentover dumbell side...

You mean as main lift or assistance? I have been doing it as assistance for the past five weeks or so, so in this cycle I only have it planned as assistence on ME day in week 3.
