One all out set doesnt seem as intense..I originally thought we were doing as many sets as we wanted with as many reps I was prepaired to do 20-30 sets x 2 of my 7Rm lol

you have to have a clear cut goal you EITHER want to gain mass and strength OR maintain mass and lose bodyfat. You can't do both. Of course if there is something haywire with your diet and you fix it...
