Great training. 180kg felt and moved like an empty bar today. Deads are improving aswell, tendon is holding up good.

Thanks mike. I keep the assistance work fairly light, fronts im doing only to work on mobility in my right arm using a clean grip. Also this program is quite low volume compared to the 4x a week...
