It's been a busy week. Traded my race truck for a 4 wheeler my first day home as my squat day post said.
My dad had surgery Thursday and also discovered he had a stroke. Thank god it was a mild one...

It actually was a great method for biceps. My arm /tendinitis has not met me curl much this passed year but startin off light allowed it to warm up good and gradually become hard.
