Eat which ever you like more. Both are good carb sources but oatmeal has more satiety. If you don't have celiac disease then it doesn't matter if you have gluten in your diet.

I always feel more tired when I sleep too much. Also hormones, life circumstances, etc could lead to poor sleep or feeling lethargic. If it's persistent i'd get a blood test.
