I eat about 3000 cal each day. My height is 5 8 and I weight 150. I am 22. I dont know what I sleep, just normal.

I'll admit it. I get so confused. The more I read the less I feel like I know. I see people saying bodybuilders are weak, then I see the numbers they put up and they are strong. I see people smacking...

Am I overtraining? I can't find decent answers to anything. I don't do drugs and was told on another forum to stay under an hour per workout. Then I read this on that forum.

What do all of you do when loading? I have read there are many different ways. Also what do you take it with? Juice, dextrous. I would like to know what all of you do.
