Best Butt Exercise
I need a good glute exercise. My glutes are a lot smaller than the should be in comparison to my legs. How do I bring them up to size/strength? I do full squats and deadlifts, but these never seem to get the job done.

here are a few exercises..a lot of the athletes i deal with have bad glute activation so I prescribe these exercises into their routines. (the girl is my assistant)
these could be used as a warm up before you start you squats and deadlifts or as accessory. You can load up the glute bridges with a barbell as well. Ive gone as high as 185 on the glute bridges. |

Best exercise for glutes, seriously, the unilateral KB swing...and not just because I happen to like KBs as well as Barbells and such but because I've done my research on it and it gives the best bang for buck to the glutes.
Oh well, the secret's out now :rolleyes: :D |
