Muscle Building Terms
 
I am doing a muscle building guide and am trying to list and define popular muscle building terms.

Any popular terms you think should make the list?

I already have hypertrophy, and sarcoplasmic & myofibrillar hypertrophy.

Just added a definition for split workouts and fullbody workouts.

Progression is next.

MPS and MPB
Intensity and Volume
HIIT and LSD (not teh drugz :D) if you're noting any kind of conditioning in addition to training
Muscle Confusion!!!1!

Maybe define the different kinds of progression different athletes use.

MPS - Muscle protein synthesis
MPB - Muscle Protein Breakdown (catabolism)
LSD - Long Slow Duration (refers to running at a steady pace for a long time)

Common: Bulk, Cut, Maintenance, Calories, Protein, Creatine, anabolic, Super Set, Drop set, idk...

stretch reflex
differences between types of training i.e.: bodybuilding, strongman, crossfit, powerbuilding, powerlifting

I see alot of questions on these on various boards
