"Micro-instability". . .hilarious.

BOSU balls for your feet. Since they work SO WELL.

It saddens me how people fall for shit like this... I understand not everyone is into fitness like I am, but where's your common sense? :(

I will say that I've told a couple people who have the sketchers fitness shoes that they don't do anything, and they all told me that they know, but their feet feel better when they use them. One of them works at Staples on his feet all day.

Every time I see a bosu ball I want to kick it all the way across the gym like a kickball. That's about as functional as they get for me.

I'm not sure which is worse, Reebok for advertising the shoes to do what they do, or people for believing they're a magic cure for being overweight...

Ah yes, I've had that same exact discussion with a co-worker of mine. When he said they were comfortable, I told him "sure, but you looked like a moron"... He bought different shoes. :)

That one. When businesses try to market miracles, I'm hardly surprised. But even after seeing some of the stupid shit people buy into, I seem always surprised how much further they can sink.
