If I weighed about 50lbs less I might take you up on this challenge... but as I can't squat my bodyweight yet (barely), I'm going to have to pass...

One set, as much rest in between reps as you want.

This is the guy who did 10 sets of 10 squats in a row last year, just for something fun.
Not to mention, I'm just a little off a 300+ lb squat right now.
Abaddon out.

I will suck Abs. I might squeeze out 14 reps tops.

If time between reps doesnt matter, I am in for 185 lbs squat :y: (current bodyweight 181lbs).

Would multiple attempts be okay? i.e. Can I keep trying this throughout the month and the best attempt counts? Also, with, or without belt?

Im going to do this, 200lbs squat, I weighed in at 198lbs today at gym. I will keep a puke bucket near me.
