How to perform Dumbbell Shrugs.
No offence, but without a Hexbar/Trapbar, a trainer will never experience their MAX capable loading and 100% ROM at the same time.
I want to see a guy do +50 kilos (per arm) dumbbell shrugs, with full ROM, and for high reps.
