When you gain muscle and strength people begin to assume you were an easy gainer, and genetically superior.

Here I was, superior genetics and all.

Dear. Mr. Steve, your workout doesn't include any direct forearm work...

All I can say is SO WHAT. See how a lack of direct work held me back.

I cant believe you gained that much weight without any direct forearm work. No way.

I know what you mean. I was so HUGE in college, you could see my collarbone! I was barely any bigger by the end of last year.
I don't think I weighed 165 pounds in that pic. And I was 6'2"
