What do you guys use for your post workout meal?

Are you talking about powder or food?

You should take protein and a simple carb right after you workout and then should eat a meal with protein in it about 30-60 minutes after your workout, and this meal should be huge!

Talkin bout food bro, but i am buying some whey here real soon, whats the best kind, and thanks bro im just needing advice, today my post workout meal was 30oz milk and an apple not to good then an hour later 1500 calories on taco bell nachos

1-2 liters of raw milk with protein powder and a spoon of creatine.

Later on - Usually ramen and eggs or ramen and meat.

I take one scoop whey and a banana. They 30-60 minutes later I eat a big meal with complex carbs, protein and veggies.

When I was bulking in the good ole days my post-workout meal was 32 ounces of chocolate milk and a convenience store little cherry pie. Then I would go home and eat until I burst. I had a fast metabolism though, even up until 2000. I could pretty much eat non-stop and maybe gain 1-2 pounds per month max.

my workout days usually end with a this

postworkout shake:

2 scoops myofusion
1 scoop maltodextrin
5 grams of glutemine
500 grams of creatine monohydrate
and and extra serving of bcaa's

then within a n hour of that I will have someting like this

dinner:

1/2 pound of 96/4 ground beef
6 oz brown rice

Thanks guys for the replies my post workout now is cooking 4 cups milk 2 cup water 2 pounds hamburger meat AKA 2 boxes hamburger helper
