BTB - Bulldozing Ohio
 
It's time for a new log. My goal for my "200 days log" was to get in shape for my first contest. Things are going well, I am focused, and it's time for a new log and a definitive goal.

Goal: Compete in the 2011 Natural Buckeye Classic. April 16th, 2011.

Weight Goal: Compete above 180 pounds at 5'10".

Yes, I realize this is a hefty goal. 180 is a big number for a natural. I have the mass. I do NOT have the experience. We'll see what happens.

Short Term Goal: Weigh 200 pounds or less by December 31st. That leaves me 105 days (or so) to dial in.

Plan: I am going back to a style of training I call Bulldozer. Heavy weight, short rest, quick workouts.

Split:
Monday - Chest & Biceps
Tuesday - Back, Traps & Obliques
Wednesday - Quads, Calves & Abs
Friday - Shoulders & Triceps
Saturday - Deadlifts, Hamstrings & Abs

I am ready to go like you wouldn't believe. If I can compete at 180 I will be stoked. But ultimately I don't care. I just want contest #1 under my belt.
