Please add your bodybuilding and diet myths...here are some for starters:

...Eating at night makes you fat

...Situps equal 6 pack abs (spot reduction)

...Weight training reduces flexibility

...Muscle will turn into fat during a long layoff

...Women lifters will look like Arnold

...Eggs are bad for you

...Personal trainers know how to pack on muscle

mostly for the younger people
....Squats (or weight lifting in general) don't let you grow up in height, you will remain short

The muscle will turn into fat one annoys the piss out of me, as ppl are like they want to insist it over and over.
