Hey everyone! New member here. The name is Jessie. I am 22 years old, 5'6", 165 lb and have been lifting for several years now. I have been a PL most of my lifting and my best lifts are RAW:
Bench: 320
Deadlift: 480
Squat: 400

I am now going to focus on adding more right right now and looking forward to doing a bodybuilding show in a year or so.

Nice to meet you all.

I'm still working on the diet part. Who's handling your diet planning?

Alex Azarian. He knows his stuff and what I like the most is that he is a very personal guy and will not take on more than he can chew at once. He tends to "dumb" things down for you so you can understand, which is great! AWESOME GUY!

Check out his site: prepbyalex.com

Welcome grip.

Lot of good people here, who share knowledge, and come at this sport from various angles. Hope you enjoy your time here.
