feb 25 2014. day two

squats. 10x5-175

paused squats. 3x8-95

speed deadlifts. 6x3-275

dumbbell lunges. 1x50-20

legs got sore after doing paused squats,even though it was just 95lbs
dumbbell lunges sucked,even though it was only 20lbs

thanks man! my friend started me a new plan to run for awhile. i was going heavy for awhile so hes making me something to switch it up for awhile now.

paused flat bench for 3 sec-2x3-150

tricep press downs-3x15-40,45,50

bent over rows on bench-4x8-95,115 over hand grip. 135,135 under hand grip

lat pulldowns-4x15-115,130,145,160

Just an FYI, you don't have to start a new thread for each workout you log. We usually keep them all in one thread.
