1000 Hang Snatches In February
 
Challenge for February is:

--1000 hang barbell snatches @ about 60% one rep max
--1000 hang kettlebell snatches @ about 60% one rep max

You can do a combination of both.

Just one question: with the KB snatches, do we do right and left and count as one rep...so, 2,000 total reps that way? I ask because mostly KB snatches tend to be done with a single arm...so 10 left/10 right = 10 reps.

Just my view.

Each single arm rep would count as one rep, so 500 each arm for the month.

Never done a snatch let alone a hang snatch in my life. Tempted to try it out now. I guess it could work well on a lower body day!

1,002 KB Hang snatches with 60% 1RM load
29 sets in total
