Hi guys!
Question, how do you train your abs for being strong? if you do work your abs at all.

I like decline sit ups with weight behind my head and weighted planks the most.
Seem to help best with rugby and my lifts.

Good feedback indeed! Today I did front squat after deadlifting heavy ass weight and I felt all kinds of vibrations, AL KIINDZZ :)

Ya I was front squatting for the first time in a while last Tuesday and I really felt it in my core!!
