Road to LA training cycle
 
I just started training for the American Cup Pro Invitational at the LA fit expo so I figured what better time to start a training log. Current body weight 228. Trying to stay consistent there as training progresses. Any and all feedback is appreciated. A few days late since i started on Monday but ill get it together haha. Thanks !

Monday, October 28th work

warm up then working sets of 3x3 at 370

3x8 dumbbell incline bench 100,110,120.

superset 3x8 skullcrushers 115 with 3x20 tricep pushdowns at 60lbs

Yesterdays work Ocotber 30th

Warmed up a little then hit 3x3 @ 550 each rep with an almost full set up.

Snatch grip deads 3x5. 315, 365, threw straps on and hit 385 for last set.

Slight core work afterwards

Also I love the fact that your training experience is listed as one year. I know for a fact you have been lifting for at least 6+!

Today's training

Warm ups then 3x3 at 600 - felt easy but it's getting hard to obtain depth for some reason. Need to work on that.

Pause squats 3x3 with 405. 2 second pause count. Felt really good. A lot better than I thought.

Finished with 3x15 leg extensions and 3x15 leg curls.
